Iran’s Jamaran destroyer to carry out mission in international waters

TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) – Iran’s domestically manufactured Jamaran destroyer will be dispatched to international waters to carry out some missions, Navy Commander Habibollah Sayyari said on Sunday.
Rear Admiral Sayyari made the remarks in an interview with the Mehr News Agency in the coastal city of Bandar-Abbas.

Jamaran, the 1,420 ton destroyer, is equipped with a variety of anti-ship and surface-to-air missiles.
