First ambassador to Slovenia submits credentials

TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) – Iran’s first ambassador to Slovenia, Mohammad Rahim Aqaiepour,submitted credentials to the country’s foreign ministry director for European Union affairs.
The Slovenian official said the establishment of Iran’s embassy in Ljubljana would maintain the balance in the diplomatic relations between two countries.

Aqaiepour, for his part, said that Tehran and Ljubljana should make efforts to increase cooperation in all areas particularly in the economic sphere.
