32 Iranian firms take part in Baghdad expo

TEHRAN, Nov. 3 (MNA) -- The 37th edition of Baghdad International Fair kicked off on Monday in Baghdad.

700 companies from 13 European and Asian companies, including Iran, have taken part in the show.

During the four-day event, the exhibitors will showcase their latest achievements in different fields such as oil and construction industry, power and electronics, road and building construction machines, and food stuff.

The Iranian ambassador to Baghdad said in the opening ceremony of Iran’s salon that Tehran could help in the reconstruction of Iraq, adding that, the Islamic Republic will hold other fairs in various parts of Iraq.

Hassan Danaeifar said that the embassy had extended its commercial services to Iranian businessmen in Iraq, and called on them to show a greater presence in that country.
