75 Iranian MPs warn minister about poor management at Iran`s Allameh Tabataba’i Uni
TEHRAN, Dec. 23 (MNA) -- 75 Iranian lawmakers criticized Science, Research, and Technology Minister Kamran Daneshju for ignoring an inefficient management of affairs at Allameh Tabataba’i University especially issues related to university professors.
In a letter to Daneshju on Wednesday, 75 MPs, including Ahmad Tavakoli, Ahmadreza Dastgheib, and Ebrahim Nekounam expressed their dissatisfaction over forced retirement of university professors, cutting their payments, and non-payment of their claims and other issues at the university.
The lawmakers emphasized that if the ministry does not properly deal with these offences, other options such as impeachment of the minister will be considered.
