U.S., Britain, Israel are triad of evil: Iranian defense minister
TEHRAN, Dec. 29 (MNA) -- Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi stated on Tuesday that the United States, Britain, and Israel are the evil triad of warmongering and terrorism in the world.
At a meeting of high-ranking Iranian military commanders, Vahidi said that U.S. military officials’ frequent trips to the region and their warmongering remarks are clear signs revealing their evil plots to loot the resources and assets of regional countries.
Commenting on the latest remarks by the U.S. and British defense secretaries, he said that they are seeking to create discord among countries in the region.
Recently, Admiral Mike Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that the United States takes very seriously its security commitments in the Persian Gulf region.
If the U.S., Britain, and Israel do not change their strategies, their fate will be worse than the fates of Saddam and Hitler, the Iranian defense minister stated.
