Granting Knighthood to Simon Gass
TEHRAN, Jan. 2 (MNA) -- In an interview in Tehran on Saturday, Iranian senior MP Alaeddin Boroujerdi stated that Queen Elizabeth’s decision to grant Knighthood to British Ambassador to Tehran Simon Gass illustrates Britain’s hostile policy toward Iran.
“The mission of this ambassador in Tehran is not constructive, rather it is completely destructive,” the top lawmaker observed.
Boroujerdi added, “Simon Gass has even failed to establish rational relations with the officials of the country of his mission.”
