‘Unity needed to confront plots of enemies’: Firouzabadi
Tehran, Feb 15, IRNA – Head of the Armed Forces Headquarters Major-General Hassan Firouzabadi said on Tuesday that unity is the most effective method for confronting the plots of the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He made the remarks on the occasion of the unity week in Iran.
“Cultural and religious commonalities, vast energy resources of Muslim countries and their deep historic background have provided extraordinary potentials for unity and solidarity of Muslim nations and Islamic religious schools,” Major-General Firouzabadi added.
He underscored the need for vigilance against the scenarios of the enemies, especially the US, Britain and the Zionist regime./end
