Envoy: Iran prioritizes expansion of ties with neighboring, regional states
Kuwait, Feb 26, IRNA – Vice-President for Parliamentary Affairs Hojjatoleslam Mohammad-Reza Mir-Tajeddini said that the Iranian government gives priority to expansion of cooperation and relations with neighboring and regional states.
Mir-Tajeddini, who is on a visit to Kuwait, told IRNA on Friday that expansion relations between Iran and Kuwait, as two Muslim and neighboring states, has always been on the focus and the two sides have had growing ties in different political, economic and cultural spheres.
He said his Kuwait visit provides the two neighboring countries with a golden chance to expand ties./end
