President: Future belongs to independent countries

Tehran, April 11, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here on Sunday that Iran and Uruguay are in a common front and can promote their cooperation in all fields.

In a meeting with visiting Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almagro, he added that all the capacities of both countries should be mobilized used in line with their national interests.

“Iran and Uruguay are independent countries which are seeking to promote friendship in the world and uproot injustice and tyranny from the world,” he said.
