Baku, April 13 (AzerTAc). “Proposals put forward currently will ensure restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan,” said President Ilham Aliyev at the Cabinet`s meeting on outcomes of the socio-economic development in first quarter 2011.
The Head of State said that this problem can only be resolved on the base of the principles of granting autonomy and self-determination status for people living in the Nagorno-Karabakh and for those who would definitely return to the region.
According to President Ilham Aliyev, “I reiterate that it is impossible to grant independence to the Nagorno-Karabakh anytime in the future.”
