Azerbaijani, Turkish, Iranian FMs adopt Urmia Declaration

Baku, April 17 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani, Turkish and Iranian foreign ministers had a trilateral meeting in the city of Urmia in Western Azerbaijan province in Iran.
The ministers said such meetings contribute to expansion of relations among the three countries and protection of peace in the region.
At the end of the meeting, the ministers adopted an Urmia Declaration, which provides for development of economy, expansion of cooperation in tourism, science and culture spheres, coordination of opportunities to fight terrorism, human trafficking, organized crime, cooperation within regional and international organizations, settlement of conflicts on the basis of territorial integrity of states and inviolability of borders and other matters.
