Romanian President embarks on official visit to Azerbaijan
Baku, April 18 (AzerTAc). President of Romania Traian Basescu has today arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit.
A guard of honor was lined up for the President at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport decorated with the national flags of Azerbaijan and Romania.
President Traian Basescu was welcomed here by First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov and other officials.
The Romanian leader and Azerbaijan`s First Deputy Premier had a brief meeting at the airport`s VIP room.
