‘Role of Caspian energy recourses will increase in ensuring energy security of Europe’

Baku, April 18 (AzerTAc). The role of Caspian energy recourses will increase in ensuring energy security of Europe, former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Mirek Topolanek said Monday at the fifth Caspian Oil and Gas Transport and Trading Conference.
Topolanek noted the ongoing developments in North Africa will increase the importance of Caspian and Central Asian regions in energy security of Europe.
According to Topolanek, though alternative energy sources are developing, carbohydrogen resources will remain the main energy source in the near future.
