Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Supreme Court meets Prosecutor General of Lithuania and Director of Special Investigation
Baku, April 27 (AzerTAc). Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev met Wednesday Prosecutor General of Lithuania Darius Valys and Director of the Special Investigation Service Zimantas Pacevicius.
Rzayev briefed the visitors on the structure and activity of the Supreme Court. He praised relations between judicial bodies of Azerbaijan and Lithuania.
Rzayev noted the Memorandum on cooperation and program signed between the Anti-Corruption Department under the General Prosecutor`s Office of Azerbaijan and Lithuania`s Special Investigation Service would contribute to development of relations between law-enforcement bodies of the two countries.
Valys, in turn, spoke of the judicial system in his country. He also praised the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Lithuania.
The Lithuanian visitors also become familiar with the administrative building of the Supreme Court.
