Iran, China to double joint investment projects

Head of Iran-China Joint Chamber of Commerce Asadollah Asgaroladi said on Sunday that Iran and China are determined to double current level of joint investment projects by year end.


Speaking to reporters, he said China invested about dlrs 570 million in Iran last year and is now spending some dlrs 320 million on transportation projects.

China is expected to invest dlrs one billion in Iran, he said.

Iranians have invested some dlrs 60 million in China in addition to dlrs 80 already invested in the country, he said.
