Russian magazine publishes article on Shaki cuisine
Baku, May 11 (AzerTAc). Popular Russian magazine “Vokrug Sveta” (“Around the World”) in its April edition has published an article titled “Shaki`s oasis”. The article deals with famous cuisine of Shaki region of Azerbaijan.
The article provides information about original dishes and sweets prepared in Shaki region of Azerbaijan, such as pakhlava, kulcha, pilaw, kuku, piti and traditions of winemaking of this region. A publication of the article was supported by Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Last year as part of the project “Let`s discover Azerbaijan. Guidebooks”, “Vokrug Sveta” published a catalogue about Azerbaijan.
