2nd International Congress “Baku Heart Days” kicks off in Baku
Baku, May 13 (AzerTAc). The second International Congress “Baku Heart Days” organized by Azerbaijan Cardiovascular Surgery Society has today started in Baku`s Gulustan Palace.
Elsever Agayev, Deputy Minister of Health of Azerbaijan read out a congratulatory letter of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to the congress participants.
Head of the Azerbaijan Cardiovascular Surgery Society Kamran Musayev emphasized that the 2nd Congress will bring together about 250 foreign cardiologists and cardio surgeons from 25 countries. He noted that aim of the event is to develop the cardiology and cardiovascular surgery in Azerbaijan and to discuss recent achievements in the world.
The congress will last till May 15.
