Azerbaijani President offers greetings to participants of Baku Heart Days International Congress
Baku (AzerTAc) - Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev has sent a message of greetings to participants of the Baku Heart Days International Congress.
The President said much had been done in Azerbaijan to improve healthcare system, including cardiology to international standards.
“State-of-the-art medical facilities that were built in the capital and the country`s regions allowed to strengthen our healthcare system.”
The President expressed hope that “the discussion of problems of cardiology and cardiovascular surgery will allow our medics to benefit from international experience, and also open up new opportunities to develop medicine in Azerbaijan”.
