Azerbaijan`s ICT Ministry and University of Southern California sign MoU
Baku (AzerTAc) - The Communications and Information Technologies Ministry of Azerbaijan and University of Southern California have signed a memorandum of understanding. The memo was signed as a part of the US visit of the delegation led by Minister Ali Abbasov.
