Azeri opera singer to perform in Italy

Baku, June 1(AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Honorary Artist Fidan Hajiyeva will play a leading part in Giacomo Puccini`s opera “Suor Angelica” on the Italian stage for the first time in June.
“I am sure that my greatest desires will come true, because I have this potential. I have learned the Italian language and can perform easily in this language. I am glad that Azerbaijan music education is highly evaluated in Italy. I believe that I`ll handle my job well,” Fidan Hajiyeva said.
The opera will be performed in some cities of Italy on June 17-26.
