Azerbaijan attends international forum on social programs in Ethiopia

Baku, June 7 (AzerTAc). Representatives of the Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population participated in the international forum on preparation of social security programs in low-income countries organized by the World Bank in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia.
Azeri delegation delivered a report entitled “Addressed social aid- viable tool on development of social security in Azerbaijan”. Addressed social aid program was presented as a project aimed at poverty reduction in Azerbaijan.
Representatives of the World Bank and other leading financial bodies appreciated the high level and variety of addressed social aid and implementation of this project without dependence on foreign donors in Azerbaijan.
