SOCAR chief: Azerbaijan`s gas production increased 5.2-fold between 2004-2010
Baku, June 9 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan`s state oil firm, SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev said the country`s gas production increased 5.2-fold between 2004-2010.
“Last year our gas production was 26 billion cubic meters.”
“We achieved this thanks to the increase of gas production in Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shahdaniz fields, as well as the work that we carried out as part of SOCAR`s Gas Program,” Abdullayev added.
