Caucasus University opens laboratory on LTE technology
Baku, June 10 (AzerTAc). A laboratory provided with 4G (LTE) mobile technology has been opened at the Caucasus University.
The laboratory created on Azercell Telecom`s initiative is equipped with base stations supporting 2G (GSM), 3G (WCDMA /UMTS) and 4G (LTE) technologies.
Addressing the opening ceremony of the laboratory, rector of Caucasus University Ahmet Sanic touched upon actions undertaken to develop education in the higher school stressing the necessity of the new laboratory.
President of Azercell Telecom LLC Ali Agan highlighted the cooperation between Caucasus University and Azercell.
