Azerbaijani runners win Turkey tournament

Baku, June 10 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani track-and-field athletes succeeded in international tournament in memory of Yilmaz Sazak, in Istanbul, Turkey as Azeri female athlete Layesh Abdullayeva and male runner Haile Ibrahimov finished the first in a 2 km race while Teymur Asadov has taken the 2nd place in a triple jump.
The tournament brought together more that 1000 athletes from 16 countries.
