PRESIDENT ASKS PT INKA TO MAINTAIN PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY
Madiun, East Java, Sept. 10 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has asked state rolling stock making company PT INKA to maintain its productivity and quality for the sake of its better performance.
"Keep doing well. Maintain productivity and quality to make PT INKA's products saleable," President Yudhoyono said when speaking before hundreds of employees of PT INKA here on Wednesday.
By making significant progress, PT INKA could gradually improve the welfare of its employees, he said.
Following a dialog with the company's workers, the President and First Lady Ani Yudhoyono had a close look at coaches built by PT INKA.
On Wednesday afternoon, the President and entourage were scheduled to have an iftar (fast-breaking) gathering at Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School at Gontor village, Ponorogo District.
