Beirut ready to implement agreements with Tehran- Lebanon PM
Beirut, June 21, IRNA – New Prime Minister of Lebanon Najib Miqati Monday evening said his country is ready for implementation of 26 agreements signed between Iran and Lebanon last year.
In his meeting with Iran's Ambasador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi, Miqati conferred on issues of mutual interest.
During the exchange of last-year visits between Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the former Lebanese premier, 26 agreements were signed.
And now, the two countries have expressed their readiness for implementation of those agreements./end
