Int’l Confab on Global Fight against Terrorism opens in Tehran
Tehran, June 25, IRNA -- The International Conference on Global Fight against Terrorism opened in Tehran Saturday morning.
The two-day international event opened with the message of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei read to the meeting by his advisor for the international affairs Ali Akbar Velayati.
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will also address the meeting.
Several presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers and the ministers in charge of terrorism as well as related experts from 60 world countries are attending the meeting.
Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan presidents and several ministers are currently present in the meeting./end
