Turkish FM due in Tehran Today

Ankara, July 10, IRNA – Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is to come to Tehran on Sunday.

He will consult with Iranian officials concerning regional developments and issues of mutual interest.

Before coming to Tehran, Davutoglu had visited Egypt and Libya.
Visiting Benghazi, Libya, he met with Libyan Transitional National Council and discussed Libyan Contact Group session, which is supposed to be held in mid-July in Istanbul.

Both sides also discussed Turkey's help to the Council. A number of Turkish Foreign Ministry officials, Red Crescent Society, and officials from Crisis Management Bureau were accompanying the foreign minister in Benghazi visit./end
