Qatari Premier and FM Receives Phone Call From Ban Ki-moon

Doha, July 26 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani received a telephone call this evening from the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
Ban Ki-moon briefed HE Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani about the situation in the Horn of Africa and the suffering of the people of the area because of the famine resulting from drought.
He also informed him about the UN contribution to efforts to aid those affected by the crisis.
