Supreme Leader makes cash donation to famine stricken people in Somalia
Tehran, Aug.1, IRNA – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei here on Sunday donated Rls. 200 million in cash to famine stricken people in Somalia.
According to the Supreme Leader’s office, the donation was made to famine people in Somalia following a human catastrophe in that country.
The sum was transferred to the bank account number 99999 belonging to Iran’s Red Crescent Society at Bank Melli Iran./end
