PM condemns blast in Mosque
Islamabad, August 19, 2011 (PPI): Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has condemned the blast in a mosque during congregation of Jumma Prayer at Jamrud resulting in loss of precious lives and injuring many.
The Prime Minister said that the terrorists had proved time and again they bring bad name to our religion by carrying out such cowardly acts of terrorism.
The Prime Minister reiterated Government’s resolve to root out the scourge of terrorism as the people are united behind the democratic government to fight out extremism and terrorism.
Commiserating with the bereaved families, the Prime Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed souls in eternal peace.
The Prime Minister directed the provincial administration to provide best medical care to the injured at state’s expense.
