Pakistan's Foreign Minister urges increased stability in region
Tehran, September 14, 2011 (PPI): Pakistan's Foreign Minister Ms Hina Rabbani Khar called on the regional states to do their best to restore stability in the region.
Speaking to Iran's Fars News Agency FNA in northern city of Rasht, Ms Hina Khar who accompanied Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani on his three-day official visit to Iran which concluded on Tuesday night, voiced Islamabad's strong support for democratic moves in the region, but underlined that no party should be allowed to impose democracy on any nation.
"Pakistan believes that people should decide by themselves and nothing should be imposed on them, since people are at the centre of the current changes in the world," she was quoted as saying by FNA.
