Crime Branch Police arrests terrorist
Karachi, September 19, 2011 (PPI): Crime Branch-II Police have arrested a terrorist and recovered large quantity of illegal weapons, said a press release issued Monday.
According to details, the In-Charge Crime Branch Inspector Anwar Hussain Jafri along with police team raided Landhi Sector 13/G and arrested wanted terrorist Shahnawaz alias Qari Shareef s/o Mohammad Shareef.
Police recovered latest MP-5 gun, Kalashnikov, TT pistol, four magazines and large quantity of cartridges from his possession. The terrorist, belonging to a religious group, was wanted by the police in different cases, while the further probe is underway, police said.
