Bashir, Grossman agreed to continue discussions on bilateral issues
ISLAMABAD, September 20, 2011 (PPI): Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir and US Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Ambassador Marc Grossman had a follow up meeting as part of the on-going dialogue between Pakistan and the United States, says a press release issued here on Tuesday.
Ambassador Grossman is due to travel to the region next month. The Foreign Secretary and Special Representative agreed to meet in Islamabad in the second week of October 2011 to continue their discussions on bilateral issues as well as the Afghan-led and Afghan-owned peace and reconciliation process.
