KAMAL HARBOR REPAIR CAUSING LONG LINES OF TRUCKS
Surabaya, INDONESIA, Sept 23 (ANTARA) - The repair of pier-2 of Kamal harbor, Madura, caused long lines of trucks at Ujung Harbor, Surabaya, Tuesday.
PT ASDP Ujung official, Budi said that the trucks does not affect the flow of people going to their hometowns in other parts of the country.
"Based on reliable information, the Kamal quay's repair started Monday, would be completed Tuesday afternoon, hopefully even sooner," he said.
Most of the people going to their hometowns for the Lebaran were heading for Central Java, East Java, and Madura, but could still be regarded as normal, but increased compared to last year's exodus.
