Iranian, Paraguayan Speakers emphasize support for Palestine

Tehran, Oct 3, IRNA – Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and Speaker of Paraguay's Parliament Victor Bogado here on Sunday emphasized their support for Palestinian rights against the Zionist occupiers.
The two officials also underlined the need for development of bilateral relations.
Pointing to potentials of Iran and Paraguay in the economic field, Larijani stressed the importance of developing economic relations between Tehran and Asuncion.
Bogado for his part called the role of the Iranian and Paraguayan parliaments in promoting bilateral cooperation 'very important'.
The Paraguayan Speaker referred to his country's potential in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry and declared Paraguay's readiness to develop cooperation with Tehran in this field.
Iran has emhanced cooperation with many Latin American states, including Paraguay in recent years.
The promotion of all-out cooperation with Latin American countries is now among the top priorities of the Islamic Republic's foreign policy.
