Ghana Min.: We adopt Iranian paradigm of resistance

Tehran, Nov 2, IRNA – Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affaires and Regional Integration, Alhaji Muhammad Mumuni, told IRNA on Tuesday Ghana follows Iranian paradigm of resistance.
He made the remarks in a press conference with his Iranian counterpart Ali Akbar Salehi in Tehran.
“Ghana’s state and nation praise Iranians for all their achievements,“ Mumuni said.
Expressing Ghana President’s readiness to pay a visit to Iran, he said, 'We consider Iran for its sustainable management and technological achievements as a world active player.'
Ghana’s minister of Foreign Affairs reiterated that his nation always takes lessons and paradigms from Iranian resistance drive and their braveness.
“United Nations Security Council and NATO went astray in Libya by killing the civilians and ordinary people there, so we replicate Iranian paradigm of resistance,' Mumuni said.
He added that Ghana is not satisfied with their paradigm because they did not consult with the African Union and African countries in their decision to raid over Libya.
Saying Libyan crisis was an African crisis, Ghana Foreign Minister said, 'Western countries oppose the peace keeping mission by African heads of State as the African group could find a peaceful way out of the crisis.' /end
