Turkish foreign minister attending forum

RABAT (A.A) - November 16, 2011 - Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is attending the 4th meeting of foreign ministers' of Turkish-Arab Cooperation Forum which has begun in Rabat, Morocco on Wednesday. Half-day forum will end with a press conference after several sessions are held. Syria is not participating in the forum due to recent incidents in that country. Turkish-Arab Cooperation Forum was initiated under a framework agreement which was signed between Turkey and Arab League in 2007. The forum aims to develop relations between Turkey and Arab countries in several areas. First ministerial meeting of the forum took place in Istanbul in 2008, the second in Damascus in 2009, and the third in Istanbul in 2010.
