Martyrdom is pride of Basijis : IRGC official

KERMAN, Nov.26 (MNA)--On the threats of targeted assassination of members of the IRGC Quds Force made by two former U.S. officials at a meeting of the Congress’s Homeland Security Committee on October 26, Qasem Suleimani, the commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said such remarks are not a threat but rather could help satisfy his burning desire for martyrdom. “The U.S. and the West, even after lots of analysis, still do not know that every Basiji longs for the bliss (of martyrdom),” he said.
