Iran security official in Moscow for talks with Russian officials

TEHRAN, Dec. 12 (MNA) – Saeed Jalili, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, travelled to Moscow to meet Russian officials and discuss Tehran’s nuclear issue and the recent violation of Iran’s airspace by a U.S. spy drone. Iran announced on December 4 that an advanced RQ-170 unmanned U.S. spy plane, which had penetrated 250 kilometers into Iran’s airspace, has been downed by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic but did not say when the incident occurred.
