Hormuz is part of Iran's strategic geography: IRGC

TEHRAN, Jan. 1 (MNA) – A top IRGC ( Islamic Revolution Guards Corps ) commander said on Sunday that the Strait of Hormuz is part of Iran's "geographical defensive strategy". "The Strait of Hormuz is a part of our geographical defensive strategy and this issue is not temporally or spatially bound," Brigadier General Hossein Salami, the deputy commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, emphasized.
