Iran-Venezuela Sign Two MoUs

Tehran, Jan 10, IRNA – Iranian and Venezuelan ministers signed two memoranda of understanding on nanotechnology and economic issues. The documents were signed by Iran’s minister of mines and Venezuela’s minister of science and technology in the presence of the two countries’ presidents. The Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez also inked a joint statement on bilateral cooperation. President Ahmadinejad arrived in Venezuela’s capital Sunday evening at the head of a high-ranking politico-economic delegation on the first leg of his four-nation Latin American tour. /end
