TEHRAN, Jan.15 (MNA) -- Arbaeen ceremony marking the end of 40 days of mourning for Imam Hussein (AS) and his 72 companions, was held at Jamaran Hosseinieh in northern Tehran (the house of founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini) on Saturday morning with Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in attendance.
