One person dies in explosion in Hakkari

HAKKARI (A.A) - January 19, 2012 - One of 27 people who were injured in an explosion that occurred in southeastern province of Hakkari on Thursday died at the hospital, the governor said. Speaking to AA correspondent, Hakkari Governor Muammer Turker said 27 people including seven police officers were injured in the explosion. Turker said one of injured people died in the hospital. The blast took place on Bulvar Street in the city center when a police vehicle was passing by.
