Turk Telekom wins international standard licence

ISTANBUL (A.A) - Turk Telekom won the highest international standard license in customer complaints managements, a company statement said on Saturday. Turk Telekom managed to get ISO 10002:2004 license, which regulates international standards in handling and solving customers' complaints. "This license is the most concrete indicator that we are assessing complaints, demands and proposals of our clients in accordance with laws, regulations and company rules in a fair and independent way," Haktan Kilic, the head of Turk Telekom's Customer Relations Department, said. Kilic also said the license also proved that Turk Telekom aimed to ensure customer pleasure by solving problems as soon as possible.
