Istanbul to host Iran's nuclear talks

TEHRAN (A.A) – February 19, 2012 - Turkey's Istanbul city will host the nuclear talks between Iran and "5+1" group comprised of UN Security Council's permanent members and Germany.  Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Sunday that the next round of talks between Iran and six world powers on the country's nuclear program would be held in Istanbul. Noting that they responded positively to begin nuclear talks, Salehi said that "5+1" group would give the date for the talks. We will begin talks with a positive point of view and goodwill, and we expect the other party to act the same way, said Salehi. Iran and "5+1" group held its last meeting in Istanbul in January 2011, however, they could not make a progress.
