Order to implement 2nd phase of subsidy cut to be issued soon: Iranian VP

TEHRAN, April 18 (MNA) – Iran`s First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi said on Tuesday that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will soon instruct the relevant officials to start the implementation of the second phase of the subsidy reform plan. The administration has taken the initial steps to implement the second phase of the subsidy reform plan, but Majlis has called the move illegal and believes that the implementation of the plan should have been delayed until summer due to the increase in the prices of goods.
