20 Killed In Oil Leak-Triggered Explosion In South China

BEIJING, June 30 (Bernama) -- Twenty people were killed and 14 injured in a explosion triggered by oil leaked from a tank truck early Friday, in South China's Guangdong province, said local authorities. The truck carrying 40 tonnes of gasoline crashed into another truck at 4.34am on the Yanjiang Expressway in the provincial capital Guangzhou, and oil leaked from the tank, causing an explosion, said the city's Internet information office on its official microblog. -- BERNAMA
