Moderate quake hits Sabirabad region of Azerbaijan

Baku, August 6 (AzerTAc). An earthquake has hit Sabirabad, a southern region in Azerbaijan. The quake occurred at 11.33 local time on Monday 20 km north-west from Shirvan city. According to the Seismological Service of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the magnitude of the earthquake was 3 km and depth was 52 km. No damages and casualties have been reported.
