Another earthquake hits Iran’s East Azarbaijan Province

TEHRAN,Aug.15(MNA)– Another earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale struck the northwestern Iranian province of East Azarbaijan at 6:32 p.m. local time on Tuesday. The earthquake caused panic among the people in the city of Tabriz. Two strong earthquakes rocked the cities of Ahar and Varzaqan in East Azarbaijan Province on Saturday, killing at least 306 people and injuring over 2000.
